GBA supports private equity funds in the search, evaluation and negotiation for the purchase of stakes in companies and investment projects. The experience of the firm extends to multiple sectors from toll road concessions to the agribusiness sector. We work mainly with international funds interested in investing in Latin America and seeking opportunities with high potential for recovery or stable long-term returns (infrastructure sector). Our job is to support them in the sometimes competitive sales processes, seeking upside elements that allow them to place competitive bids. In other cases, we do the work of finding investment opportunities in selected sectors. GBA clients are some of the largest North American private equity funds operating in the region.
