Bruno Elsner V.

Bruno Elsner has 25 years of experience in consulting and in research for major companies in the energy and mining sectors.

Bruno has worked in both Chile and Canada in business development, asset valuation, complex financial modeling and management control. In his professional work he has worked in the energy sector for Empresas Emel, holding company of the electric distribution companies Emelari, Eliqsa, Elecda, Emelectric, Elfec (Bolivia) and Delsur (El Salvador); Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Brookfield Power, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Fund and Pacific Hydro. Likewise, in the mining sector, he has worked for Empresas Copec and the Ultramar Group in the valuation of mining projects and management control activities.

Bruno graduated as an Industrial Civil Engineer with “Maximum Distinction” from the University of Chile and as well as holding an MBA from the Catholic University he was also awarded a prize for academic excellence in conjunction with The Confederation of Production and Commerce. Currently, he is developing his thesis to qualify for a Master’s Degree in Financial Economics from the University of Santiago de Chile. Bruno is married, has 3 daughters and speaks Spanish, French and English fluently.
