Nicolás Cofré has been an Associate in G. Bitran & Asociados since 2015. He has participated in projects related to the sectors of electricity transmission, shopping malls and maritime transport in of the fields of competition and antitrust and commercial and economic litigation.

He also developed financial risk analysis projects for Banco de Chile and BCI.

As a student, he was an assistant professor for undergraduate courses in economics, physics and computing, as well as at MBA and Master’s level, also in economics. He also participated as a research assistant during his master’s studies in topics related to economic networks as applied to the banking system.

Nicolás graduated as an Industrial Civil Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from the University of Chile. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mining and Extractive Metallurgy Engineering and is a candidate for the FRP (Financial Risk Manager) of GARP (Global Association of Risk Professionals). He speaks Spanish and English.
